While everyone wants to be happy—and assumes that following the established norm is the right way to achieve happiness—most remain miserable and never know why. This is especially true in the world of modern dating. Dating, followed by courtship, is supposed to lead to a happy marriage. But marriage cannot be happy if it is not built on the right foundation. Most couples have no idea that the foundation of a successful marriage begins long before the wedding day. In addition, a direct by-product of the wrong foundation is that most people have no idea how to select the right mate. Just what is dating? A sampling of opinions reveals a variety of definitions, with seemingly no two alike. In the simplest form, a date is merely a set time agreed upon by two people to engage in an activity. Most know little or nothing of this lost art, and many no longer know—let alone use—the term.

Youth Sermons Youth sermons can be a little tricky to produce. When speaking and presenting to our youth you have to remember a few important things about your audience. Here are six necessary points to remember when creating youth sermons to present to your youth ministry or your youth group. Youth sermons should be direct and to the point. You can try and try to fight against this but if you go on for an extended period of time you will probably lose the mass majority of the students who will just tune you out.

Youth sermons should show your love and also your passion for the material that you are teaching. If you are passionate about your love for Jesus Christ then when you are spreading the word to your students, that love and passion will show through. The more that they are focused on you, the more you can deliver the message that you are trying to give them. Youth sermons do not have to be complicated and use a ton of technology. Today we have access to all kinds of media players such as TVs and computers to aid in our presentations.

If you have a clear and defined message that you want delivered to your students, standing in front of them delivering a message many times can be a much more impactful than if you were trying to dazzle them with a multimedia presentation.

He points to Japan as being number one in the world with respect to health and then discusses the close social, cultural, and traditional ties in that country as the reason. He believes that the more social ties, the better the health and the lower the death rate. Conversely, he indicates that the more isolated the person, the poorer the health and the higher the death rate.

Social ties are good preventative medicine for physical problems and for mental-emotional-behavior problems. If you think your family has problems, consider the marriage mayhem created when year-old Bill Baker of London recently wed Edna Harvey. She happened to be his granddaughter’s husband’s mother. That’s where the confusion began, according to Baker’s granddaughter, Lynn.
