by Alan ZweibelNormally I like to write a short summary of the book, but the title pretty much says it all. North, after repeatedly risking heart attacks at the sight of his parent, decides to seek his freedom. Never mind that he is only nine-years-old. Along the way he learns a few things, but will they be enough to help him?
This book is, at times, quite humorous. The ending was a tad slow, but still enjoyable. I enjoyed the author's occasional interjections, but he does not use the consistently enough; either use them or don't use them, but be consistent.
